Gong Hei "Fak" Choi!!!

Just noticed I have not really wish all a CNY greeting for this year. I was going through my old blog in NAAPL and found this entry by me 4 years ago. Its so good, i decided to post a copy here.

Ok.. its late at night and got nothing to do. So just post this for fun....

1. Go to any Mac Outlet.
2. Depending on your preference. If you prefer a sesame bread. Buy a Mac Chicken. If you prefer a softer bread, you shoud buy a Filet-O-Fish. If you want something really tough and chewy, try a Mac Muffin. Another burger on the menu would do. Especially those with melted cheese. (Hamburger is out though)
3. After the purchase, unwrap the packagin to reveal the burger.
4. Take out the top slice of bread of your burger
5. You can eat the meat or egg or whatever in between. Or you can set it aside for later stage.
6. Roll up your shirt sleeves. (If possible, wear a singlet to cut this step)
7. Raise one of your arm. (Either one would do. Preference is the non master hand)
8. Take the bottom half of the burger (one with the melted cheese) and place it over your armpit.
9. Squeeze and Pull as many "Fak Choi" as possible. REPEAT process if not enough "Fak Choi "
10. If still not enough. Switch arms and repear process 9.
11. Put back the burger on the wrapping.
12. Place the meat or egg (the one on stage 5 above) back on. If not skip this step.
13. Place the top of the bun back.
14. Viola.... You have Mac Fak Choi

Think most of you already watched Girl on a bicycle. Now she is actually ferrying her cousin Ah Chai (wife's younger sister's son). Funny thing is Ah chai still can't cycle and he's a year older than girl.



The next photo may scare all the parents in Singapore but its a common sight here in Thailand. That's my wife's sister-in-law with their daughter Ee Kiao. Only 9mths old liao.... front basket really very useful sia...

Baby & Chopsticks

Girl Girl's Uncle (wife's younger brother) came and we went out for dinner. Wify passed her the chopstick and I warned her she's too young and might poke her eyes out. But wify told me she already knew how to use it liao.. What happened is super funny. Hui hui and her chopstick skills is really a stunner! hahahaha.. Sorry for the lousy video as I was using my 2mp Sony Ericsson phone to take this. You should see how she placed the meat on the hot plate man... Think have to scale down on the fish oil I have been giving her.....

I know they always say start early but can you imagine a kid (more like baby to me) not even 2 years old on a bicyle??? Freaking funny... hehehe



Anyway, back in Thailand yesterday but too tired to write anything. The weather here is fantastic, afternoon around 26 degrees while Night a bit cold. Morning is the worst though, can hit 11 degree man.. Brrrrrr! Funny thing is that the cold weather came a bit earlier leh (normally its Dec then got such temp).

Getting healthy.

I re-started my jogging routine here in Thailand 2 weeks ago. I weighed myself today and was surprised that I managed to shed almost 3kg (94kg to 91kg). I am still not watching my diet though. Still having snacks in between meals.

Jogging here is both a blessing and curse. Blessed are the great air and views when you jog. So you don't get tired easily. Cursed are the roads which are not well maintained and the bloody dogs people keep out of their houses. I wonder why these jokers who have dogs don't close their gates, allowing their dogs to ambush and chase after casual joggers like me.

Anyway, to stop a mad dog chasing at you. Just stop and look straight in their eyes. They are scared of you and they won't advance anymore (but they will still make a lot of noise though). Another thing about the road (beside its conditions) are the "mines". Dog poo, cat shit and cow dungs are all littered along the road. Wrong step and you get shit all over your running shoes. So far I kena once nia.. so lucky me...

Anything? Whatever!

I did not write for the pass 2 days. Its not I have nothing to write but rather there is too much things to write and I can't really decide on what to start with! haha

Anyway, heard about the new drinks commercial from my cousin and did a search. Not on google but I still managed to find the relevant website.

I am quite impressed by the marketing effort. Not sure whether it really tastes good (6 flavours) but I guess it kinds of drill the info into your head with such catchy names and funny commercials.

Who says Singaporeans are not creative?? :P

*Update* Forgot to mention the director of both videos are by a very famous Thai film director.. hehehe....

Aje BIG(Gargantuan) Cola

Remember this?? Well nothing compared to the granddaddy of the Aje Cola shown in the picture. (I deliberately put the normal 1.25 liter as a comparison). I saw this at a MaMa shop and was compelled by the size. Hehehe. I swear I never seen a bottle so huge in my life. Even my wife is shocked by it. I've seen the 3 liters beer bottle and they are huge and make of glass. This one is plastic. And if you are asking, I am not going to drink it alone of course. (I not that Ding Dong or Xiao). Most probably will serve it to my guest during my baby's birthday on the 18th.

Anyway, you should be able to see the price on the bottle. 40Baht!!!

I do know some frogs could climb a tree but a wall?? Something new to me. Call me Mountain Turtle if you like but managed to catch this little froggy climbing my garden wall. It even climb backwards (reverse like a car) later but did not managed to catch that on video...

I hurt my back.

Jia lat. My old backache came back and visit me today. I was carrying some heavy stuffs and mopping the floor. When I stopped, my back hurts a bit. Went to lie down and ask wify to massage me. (BIG MISTAKE)

Wify was carrying baby and she asked girl girl to use her feet to stomp on my back. Aiya, only 7kg, no feeling. I asked my wife to use more force leh. Bloody hell, she step onto my back without asking me. Hurt like hell. Want to kill her on the spot but cannot move liao:P.

Lie in bed, wife still giggling, think I trick her. Then realise her mistake and say sorry. Now got 2 Tiger Balm sticker on my back. At least can sit and walk. But from sitting/prone position to standing is painful.

Never ask my wife for a back rub again. Me scared liao.
