I stumbled on this photo blog site called Faces in Placesand its really cool! Basically its a site dedicated to show some face form (eyes, a nose, mouth or ears) we see in our daily lives. Do check it out. I really like some of them which are seen naturally in nature. (those bloody leaves man!!)

I had a few days break and was busy sorting through my daughter's photos that I've taken since she was born and was still half way through. I think I took about thousands of them and most of them are out of focus shots anyway. (My girl can never be still).
Now she is 2 years plus and kind of understand when to "pose" for photographs but she always rushes to me when I just took a picture. Digital mah, want to see the instant review. So its still quite tough trying to take a series of her expression.

I had a few days break and was busy sorting through my daughter's photos that I've taken since she was born and was still half way through. I think I took about thousands of them and most of them are out of focus shots anyway. (My girl can never be still).Its been hectic since I came back from Thailand and I have also restarted my exercise regime. Most of the off time I had was to spend time with friends and watch movies. I don't even touch my computer at homes nowadays. I have been staring at 2 screens daily 12 hours straight for the pass week and I guess the phobia is kicking in.
So today, surprisingly I need to check up on some info. Thus came by to log an entry. Our department is also having a company trip to Bintan on 2nd and 3rd of Aug. Our Aug shift schedule is also out and I was a bit surprised that I am working more day shift then night....
Day shift is hectic as there are more calls but I think its also better as I could plan my exercise regime better for the coming month. Still, most probably there will be changes in my schedule as some colleagues will be clearing leave. So I guess no need to plan so much. everything will go chaotic again....
Some IR photos I have taken in Maesai. Too bad the weather is not sunny.. Will try in my next trip.

I'm waiting for my plane while I'm typing this. Tried connecting to the aot line but I think we need to pay for the Internet now at Suwarnabhumi airport (used to be free though). Since still got 2 hrs plus before my transit flight to SG. Got plenty of time to write and relax. Sad to say tomorrow still need to work. It been a long break and I kind of enjoy it though..
Starting to miss my girl girl and wife even while I'm still in Bangkok. Girl girl seems to understand I need to come to SG to work and didn't make much noise. But I do know she enjoys when I'm around.. heheh..
Well, its back to reality and hopefully I can come back again in Sept....
I took many landscape photos at Maesai before and I have been looking for the perfect spot to photograph some mountains around my neighborhood. This time, my Ang Mo friend gave me the exact location for taking this. As the weather was cloudy and its not at the best time to take it. I don't think I did justice to the view there but this is my first try. Most probably my next trip I will try again at a better time and weather. I took some IR version of it too but I have not processed them yet. Will post them once I have them done.

Not sure what to write actually as it has been raining cats and dogs over here in Maesai. Worst thing is that the rain is always intermediate. Which we find ourselves caught in the rain while on the way to someplace.
Girl girl really seems to be very happy I'm back. And I am a bit surprised by her words actually. On the first day she saw me, she told me in Thai that I am not to go back to Singapore and to stay beside her. Really sianz for me to remind her that Papa need to go to Singapore to work. So really cherishing the time spent with her now.
Although I promised to write more but alas, I really find the time is short and I'm spending every minute of my available time to be with my family... so I guess there's not much updates here also.

I'm now at gate C26 waiting for my plane while I type this on my UMPC. Yup.. just got myself one at Sim Lim before I went for the trip. It' small and very portable. Unlike my Macbook Pro. I have to get used to the small screen and keyboard though but its good enough for short trips like these.
WIll be back on the 14th and guess will have more time and things to write when I'm back in the LOS.
